North Cow Creek School

Contractor Request

In accordance with the State of California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act, North Cow Creek School District is inviting all interested licensed contractors to submit their company information for inclusion to the District’s CUPCCAA Informal Bid List for construction projects under $220,000 during the calendar year (January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026.)

Per California Public Contract Code 22032, any Public Works Project that is estimated to be below $220,000 is subject to the Informal Bidding Procedures set forth by the State of California Uniform Construction Cost Accounting Commission. All trade categories are subject to Informal Bidding Procedures. Contractors interested in placement on the District’s 2026 CUPCCAA Informal Bid List are required to be registered with the State of California Department of Industrial Relations and have a current license both of which are subject to verification through the State of California Department of Industrial Relations and the Contractors State License Board.

LETTER OF INTEREST FROM LICENSED CONTRACTOR

Licensed and approved contractors interested in placement on the District’s 2026 CUPCCAA Informal Bid List, must complete the Districts Contractor’s Letter of Interest form and either submit a hard copy to North Cow Creek School District, 10619 Swede Creek Rd., Palo Cedro, CA 96073 or email jbickley@northcowcreek.org
